Refund & Cancellation Policy

Begetter Support Foundation

A community-driven support platform, not an e-commerce, lending, investment or deposit-based platform.

As participation in Begetter is based on voluntary contribution and community support structure, the following refund policy applies:

1. Nature of Participation

  • All contributions made on the platform are voluntary support contributions
  • These contributions are not purchases, investments, or deposits

2. No Refund Policy

  • As a general rule, no refunds shall be provided once a contribution is successfully processed

3. Exception – Duplicate Payment

Refunds may be considered only under the following condition:

  • If a user makes a duplicate payment (same transaction made twice unintentionally)

In such cases:

  • The user must report the issue to support within 48 hours
  • After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source
  • Refund processing time: 3–7 working days

4. Incorrect Payment Details

  • Begetter is not responsible for payments made to incorrect IDs due to user error
  • Users are advised to verify details before confirming any transaction

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a participation or contribution is completed, it cannot be cancelled
  • The system operates on real-time allocation, making reversals technically impractical

6. Dispute & Support

If you face any issue related to transactions:

  • Contact support via official channels
  • Provide transaction ID, date, and details
  • Resolution will be handled within a reasonable timeframe

7. Policy Updates

  • Begetter reserves the right to modify this policy at any time
  • Users are advised to review this page periodically
